  • 300g Flour
  • 7g Yeast
  • 300g Butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 Untreated lemons and their zest
  • Cardamom
  • 10g Butter for the Loaf Pan

Cooking time: 1h15 at 160 ° C


  • Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Meanwhile mix in a bowl the flour, baking powder and brown sugar. Add a pinch of salt. Grind some cardamom seeds with the Isen mill.
  • Grate the zest of the lemons and squeeze their juice, then add to the preparation.
