This manual wooden mill is equipped with the patented u'Select system to ensure the perfect grind setting that will lose none of its precision. The u'Select ring located at the base of the mill offers six predefined grind settings, graduated from 1 to 6. In setting 1, the finest grind, true Powdered Salt, is obtained by the tooth-on-tooth contact of the Zirlion mechanism, a feat of Peugeot research that allows you to enjoy all the pleasures of salt while limiting the quantity used. In position 6, the mill delivers crunchy salt.
