The ceramic lid has a shape designed to enhance flavours. Indeed, its unique shape promotes the circulation of evaporated juices that rise, condense on the walls, and then fall back on the ingredients, resulting in tender and flavourful dishes. The lid allows for cooking ingredients in their own juices to preserve nutrients.
