The character of the vegetable at the heart of cooking
The matt fern green ceramic lid La Cocotte Peugeot 24 cm brings a vegetal and contemporary colour to the heart of the kitchen. Understated to the eye and pleasant daily, it also elegantly accompanies the transition from cooking to serving. Made in France in our workshops according to a know-how developed since 1930, it incorporates nubs under its inner surface. These collect condensation and continuously redistribute it over the ingredients, thus helping to preserve the softness and juice of the preparations. The ceramic has a good thermal retention capacity to keep dishes warm longer. It is easy to clean and retains neither odours nor flavours. The Peugeot signature stainless steel coated knob completes this matt finish with a natural character.
