The 28 cm (11in.) blue square ceramic dish is the accessory of choice to combine healthy oven cooking and a feast for the eyes at the table. All your recipes are cooked through to reveal incomparable flavours. Its deep blue colour with dark sheen looks particularly original on the table. Thanks to the quality of its composition, Peugeot’s ceramic guarantees resistance against impacts and thermal shocks (-20°C to 250°C) and keeps your meals hot for up to 30 minutes after leaving the oven. Safe and easy to carry with its wide striated handles, it is also extremely easy to clean thanks to the quality of the enamels used for the enamelling process before fired in the furnace at 1,130°C. This 28 cm (11in.) version will get your creative juices flowing, whether lasagne, gratins, fish, vegetables or gourmet desserts.
