With the Paris Nature mill, Peugeot has reached a new milestone in its determination to continually improve its environmental credentials. Just like Peugeot's other wooden mills, the body of the Paris Nature pepper mill is crafted from wood sourced from PEFC™-certified forests and subsequently turned, painted and assembled in Peugeot's factory in France. So what makes the Paris Nature range so different? The body of the 12 cm Paris Nature mill is made from bits of wood that are normally discarded during the manufacturing process and is then blasted with ground nutshells. This natural and innovative texturing technique gives the mill a unique look and an unrivalled organic feel. An eco-friendly plant-based varnish comprising linseed oil and carnauba wax is then applied to protect the wood, maximise its service life and withstand intensive use.
For the perfect tasting experience, the 12 cm Paris Nature pepper mill is supplied with a powerful black pepper complete with fruity notes grown on a certified organic and fair trade farm in the Kampot region of Cambodia.
