An exceptional model, made entirely from beech wood, the Paris u'Select salt mill impresses with its size (40 centimetres) and the curvature of its lines. Its large capacity reservoir holds the dry salt crystals that will be ground at the last moment in the ZIRLION mechanism, a Peugeot innovation with an unlimited guarantee. Made from Zirconia, one of the most demanding materials in terms of hardness, the Zirlion mechanism delivers extremely fine Powdered Salt, giving you the pleasure of tasting salt while limiting the quantity used. The gilded knob at the top of this wooden mill, bearing the Peugeot lion's head, gives it a very special touch of elegance. The Paris u'Select manual salt mill features an innovative grinding adjustment system.
