The large-capacity reservoir holds dry salt crystals that will be ground at the last minute via the internal efficiency of the Peugeot's Zirlion salt mechanism, coming with a lifetime guarantee. This mechanism, an innovation from Peugeot R&D, is made of Zirconia, an extremely hard material that can grind a wide variety of salts and, above all, produces an extremely fine grind, the Powdered Salt. This finesse offers all the gustatory pleasures of salt while limiting the quantity used. At the top of this salt mill, a golden knob, engraved with the distinctive lion’s head, adds a touch of regal elegance, and the patented grind adjustment system adds a touch of refined ingenuity, from setting 1, powdered Salt to setting 6 for runchy salt.
