The Ile d’Oléron, with its famous salt marshes, has inspired Peugeot to create this special wet salt mill. The mill design combines the transparency of acrylic with the smoothness of chocolate finished wood. The body of the Oléron mill clearly shows the wet salt crystals that it holds. The knob located at the top of the mill is used to adjust the salt coarseness. Its Zirlion mechanism, the fruit of Peugeot Research and Development, is totally corrosion-resistant and features stirring fins that guide the salt, even agglomerated salt, and ensure a constant flow rate. This mechanism is lifetime guaranteed.
