Olive wood is a rare Mediterranean wood, compact and solid, requiring exceptional control. Peugeot has selected olive wood exclusively from European forests, where natural resources are sustainably managed, to create the Fiji salt mill. This salt mill honours the beauty and grandeur of olive wood. Unlike standardised products, the wood in each of these salt mills has delicate veins running through it, giving each individual mill a distinctive appearance. Each piece is thus unique. The stainless steel head offers a harmonious contrast with the wood. As with all Peugeot mills, it is fitted with the Exclusive Peugeot salt grinding mechanism in steel. Lastly, the stainless steel knob on the head of the mill is used to adjust the coarseness and the flow of the salt.
