With new colours and shapes, the Appolia range is growing. Peugeot ceramic dishes are capable of withstanding temperatures from -25°C to 250°C. Ceramic has long been neglected in favour of other cooking methods, but this material is highly effective at retaining heat for about for 30 minutes after cooking.
