Baked sea bream fillets on summer vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 sea bream fillets
  • 2 courgettes, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 aubergine, sliced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • White balsamic vinegar
  • Sikara pepper
  • Flax seeds

Instructions

  • Spread the onions at the bottom of the dish and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt
  • Evenly arrange the sliced vegetables on top of the onion and season with olive oil and salt
  • Bake for 35 minutes at 170°C = 338°F
  • Season the fillets with salt and ground flax seeds
  • Remove the vegetables from the oven and season with Sikara pepper and olive oil
  • Lay the sea bream fillets skin-side up on top of the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil
  • Return to oven for 15 more minutes
