The body of the French-made 12 cm Paris Nature Dark salt mill is made from pieces of wood that are discarded after painting during the manufacturing process. The body is blasted with ground nutshells to produce a textured finish. The original halftone colour is covered with a slightly coloured plant-based varnish (linseed oil and carnauba wax). The distinctive finish gives this salt mill an original organic feel. The stainless steel mechanism comes with a lifetime warranty and has been designed for grinding dry salt (rock salt). The metal button cleverly adjusts the grind setting.
