Bistro Nature

The 10 cm Bistro Nature salt mill is distinctive and one of a kind. It has been entirely designed with the focus on saving resources and protecting the environment. The wooden body of this manual salt mill is made from the wood that is usually discarded during manufacturing due to its visual imperfections. The wood, whose intrinsic qualities are unaffected, is upcycled by blasting with ground nutshells to create a textured finish. The body of the Bistro Nature salt mill is then protected with an eco-friendly plant-based varnish to lock in the wood's natural character and maximise its service life. The Bistro Nature salt mill is turned, painted and assembled in Peugeot's factory in France and accompanied by pink rock salt from Europe. Sourced from a primitive sea that dried up 250 million years ago, the salt is protected by the rocky layer of the Alpine range and has therefore retained its original state.
